Dr. Cass has a limited private practice in Pacific Palisades, CA (near Santa Monica, in the Los Angeles area) using an integrated approach in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with a wide variety of problems.

Areas of expertise include: nutritional medicine, integrative/orthomolecular psychiatry, anti-aging, women's health (including natural hormone therapy), stress reduction, and natural treatments for addictions, allergies, chronic fatigue syndrome, attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), anxiety disorders, and depression, including bipolar disorder. Dr. Cass helps individuals to reduce or eliminate psychotropic medication such as antidepressants by correcting metabolic imbalances with supplements.

Dr. Cass also has a program for maintenance of optimal health and longevity. Evaluations include a thorough history, and laboratory tests. Dr. Cass may also recommend dietary and lifestyle changes, nutritional supplements, and/or natural hormone therapy, so please be prepared to take a handful of prescribed supplements 2-3 times daily!

1. Initial Comprehensive Evaluation: $750 (1.5-2 hrs; pro-rated, if over 2 hrs).
   
2. Subsequent visits billed at $450 per hour (pro-rated for excess time).
   
3. We do not bill insurance directly, nor do we accept Medicare or MediCal. An insurance form (Superbill) will be given to you at the time of your visit, to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. The amount reimbursed depends on your policy, and is often only a small portion of actual charges.
   
4. We may bill as a medical visit (CPT code 99245) or psychiatric visit (CPT code 90809), depending on the situation. Future visits (CPT Code 99214) or (psychiatry 90808) are also $450/hr and usually one hour in length.

Please note that during the initial evaluation Dr. Cass may prescribe supplements, and on occasion, medication if necessary, especially for those switching from medications to natural products. Dr. Cass may also order lab tests, as well, at an additional cost. You will have a follow-up visit for 1 hour or so, usually in 4-6 weeks later, after any lab tests are back. Thereafter, visits are based on nee – anywhere from to -12 weeks or more apart. Average cost of supplements is $150-200/month, especially at the start.
