Each AM Packet Contains: 1 oblong bright orange/yellow B complex capsule, 2 tan/yellow multivitamin capsules, 1 small elongated pale beige/yellow metabolic detox capsule, 1 large white DL-Phenylalanine capsule, 1 oblong white L-tyrosine* capsule, 1 small white oblong L-glutamine capsule, 1 amber softgel omega 3 fish oil EPA 400 MG/DHA 200 mg, 1 white oblong 1 gm C* capsule.

Each PM Packet Contains: 3 large oblong white multi-mineral capsules, 1 amber softgel omega 3 fish oil EPA 400MG/DHA 200 mg, 1 small white L-glutamine capsule, 1 small tan 5 HTP 100mg capsule, 1 small white L-theanine 100 mg capsule, 1 oblong 1 gm C* capsule.

*One gram C is very slightly yellowish. If you still can't tell which is which, take the capsule apart , taste a tiny bit of powder. The C is very sour. L-Tyrosine is bland.
